For this gig Lythica welcomed back Munro Stuart on drums, as a fill in for alan who was
off in Malia and he's improved hugely since last August. Despite all improvements, however
the set started very dodgily with a shaky two opening numbers. The band, after a
rather crap effort at The Venue a month earlier, had decided to go for a more chilled set than normal
this saw them showcasing a few newer songs with the acoustics. The crowd was
fairly unresponsive, but it was for all the bands, and lythica at least had the morale
boost of starting off playing to a relatively empty hall of maybe 30 or so but
attracting in a further 20 people throughout the set. A reasonable gig,
not brilliant, but a good laugh!
